Aberdovey Golf at Aberdovey began in 1886. This classic, challenging championship links course is situated at the mouth of the Dovey Estuary and nestles between the Cambrian Mountain range and the coastal dunes of the Aberdovey Beach.
It was a favorite of Bernard Darwin, the great golf writer of The London Times and the club's first captain. It is now the permanent venue of the Welsh Seniors Championship and has hosted the Ladies' Home Internationals.
