We will be happy to provide you with an initial proposed/tentative itinerary and approximate pricing at no charge. Once we have an agreed upon itinerary, a $400 per person non-refundable deposit is required to proceed. Further deposits may be required once the itinerary is confirmed. The balance of the trip cost will be due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellation from receipt of first payment to date of final payment, you will receive a land portion refund minus $400 per person cancellation fee. For cancellation from date of final payment up to 15 days prior to departure, you will receive a refund minus 50% of the land cost. Cancellations received within 15 days of departure are subject to forfeiture of entire land cost. In addition, cancellation fees may assessed to cover charges made by Golf Skads in securing your reservations including administrative costs and non-refundable charges made by golf courses, hotels or other suppliers. Unused tour services included in the trip are non-refundable.
Cancellation, Baggage, Trip Interruption and Medical Insurance
We strongly recommend for your own protection you consider taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may cause forced cancellation, loss or damage of baggage, personal accident or illness, none of which Golf Skads will be liable for. With your initial deposit, you will be provided with specific Travel Insurance information.
Responsibility
Golf Skads/Skads Travel Service, Inc. and cooperating agents act only in the capacity as agents in making arrangements for golf, hotels, tours or transportation for members of the trip. And as such, hold themselves free of responsibility or liability for any damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by delays in transportation or any other changes of schedules or other condition. Nor are they responsible for the loss or damage to baggage or any other articles belonging to members of the trip. The right is reserved to vary the itinerary or substitute components of the trip due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Golf Skads/Skads Travel.
