Royal St. George  Royal St. George's

Royal St. Georges Golf Club at Sandwich Bay was constructed in 1894. Providing a great true test of links golf, this course is one of the most famous and difficult courses in the world.

Close to the sea, Pegwell Bay, any kind of wind can make this test even tougher. Beware of the sweeping rough, bunkers and huge sand hills, they can be daunting.

It has hosted Open Championship on twelve occasions and is currently the only venue in the south of England to host The Open. The Club has hosted the English Amateur Championship, the Walker Cup, the Curtis Cup, the Dunlop Masters and the European PGA Championship.
